Leader of the Rat Clan

This is my most recent character, which I created for a personal project. It’s the rat leader of a decadent society in a post-apocalyptic world where humans are extinct and rats survived, forming large societies that use all the trash and scrap as if it were their greatest wealth. The character in question is a charismatic leader who loves jewelry and anything shiny.
